Clabber Creek Phase I is a residential community of single-family homes in Fayetteville, Arkansas, located about 1.5 miles from Interstate 49 off Mt. Comfort Road.
It is a deed-restricted community with a Property Owners Association board that plans neighborhood events, communicates with residents, and upholds the bylaws and covenants. The POA was incorporated in Arkansas as a nonprofit corporation; the founding documents are on the Documents page.

Works to keep residents safe by posting concerns, keeping direct contact with the police department, and hosting programs that promote safety.

Schools
Fayetteville Public Schools serve the neighborhood. Current assignments and grade bands are on the district's site: fayar.net. Historically, residents have attended Holcomb Elementary, Holt Middle School (within walking distance), Ramay Junior High and Fayetteville High School.
